I've been buying my GMC Acadias from Seaview for a decade and I don't want to go anywhere else. They just take care of you. The lowest price is listed right on the website — no negotiating, no 'let me check with my manager,' no wondering if someone else got a better deal. It feels respectful in a way car buying rarely does. Ten years, multiple vehicles, zero reasons to leave.
(So far) my experience with Seaview Buick GMC has been a 10! I worked with two sales guys (Javier and Austin) who are both great guys! Their follow up with my was great...no too pushy...but also followed up every time they told me they would. Jay, the finance guy, is also great! Super friendly, super knowledgeable and all around a fun guy to chat with too! I bought a brand new truck from Seaview and there have been a few small issues which I am sure the dealership will happily fix.
Sales staff was great, finance was great but pushy and sold me an extended 4 yr Diamond Package Warranty.....that covered NOTHING on my 1st major auto shop repair visit! They lie/fabricate what exactly needs to be fixed, in order to make more $$$ from the customer. My diagnostics was completely fabricated and absolutely nothing was going to be covered by my DIAMOND PACKAGE extended warranty!! I took my car (after having it at Seaview for 3 days, and they charged me a DIAGNOSTICS fee and LOANER fee) to an ASE certified mechanic, and got the truth in less than 5 mins! Thanks for taking $350.00 that I didn't have to begin with, and thanks for LYING TO THE CUSTOMER AND CHEATING the system! I would never recommend Seaview Service to ANYONE!
That sales person Gabriel should be fired. He is unprofessional and rude. I agree with other reviewers who made comments before regarding this individual.
Would not recommend to a friend. Bought a used car they sold with 1- leaky shocks and struts 2-needed brake rotor resurfacing and 3- came with disgusting air filters. Yet they claim to "recondition" cars. Also lied about the 3k extended warranty being "obligatory" for the loan to go through. In my opinion they are a dishonest dealership. I'd recommend a place like Autonation to a friend. Cause they offer a 30 day 1000 mile return policy unlike these guys.
Contacted on Saturday no response Tuesday I called in the morning and told car was sold then they hung up on me
I inquired about a car via their online "value your trade" link gave them my Vin# etc. got an email from Gabriel their sales rep asking what I'm looking to do. Let him know they had a car I was interested in and I wanted to do a lot of the leg work online (you know you can actually buy and sell cars online nowadays duh) I gave him honest details on my trade in, sent him my pre-approval told him I valued my car $1,000 below lowest KBB as it needs a detail etc and went into great detail of what I was looking to do---His response-- "We don't do sight unseen appraisals, if you would like to come in let me know." nothing else ---I've been in sales for 20 years and I can tell you that kind of take it or leave it sales approach is beyond the pale---no suggestions, no ideas of how to compromise, no thought at all on how he might accommodate a pre approved interested prospect. Bush league and reflects on what any future service might be like if you do buy a car here---If they won't treat you with respect while trying to sell you what kind of respect will you get after the sale is done? --- My advice--go elsewhere there are a million dealerships that will actually put in the work to make you feel wanted. I always buy my vehicles from Seaview! They listen and understand what you want in a vehicle! Steve wouldn't let me leave until I understood everything about my new Encore. He downloaded the Seaview App to my phone. He called OnStar for me. Helped clear out my trade in car and much more! Jay took care of my paperwork needs and made me understand everything that I signed and how it was all going to happen. I didn't stress once! Great place to buy a car! I can't forget Ron Pierce, very good at preparing my offer! They made Chris proud!

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE. I wish I could give zero stars, we had such a horrible experience purchasing a used car from Seaview. These are SHADY people trying to make a quick buck, they do not care at all about the safety or quality of the used cars they are selling.
Joey went the extra mile. Kennedy was helpful too. The team that detailed the car made it look great. Paperwork was handled efficiently by Bill and he did a great job answering all my questions.
I bought a car here and within a day we noticed that the alignment was completely off a couple days later the check engine light came on in the engine went and safety mode while I was driving and basically turned off. I can’t come until after 30 days to fix the car for the warranty and when I was told to come in the day I told him about the engine I came in and then they sent me back out and said I have to wait 30 days after I Went over this on the phone with him. He told me 30 days then they can take a look at the alignment when I told him about the check engine he told me to come in I asked him about the 30 days he said just to come in I’ll take care of it and when I came in they sent me back out within 30 days so the car body or didn’t even last a week before I ran into all kinds of issues
When I brought my Buick in for routine service, the car was returned to me with greasy shoe imprints on my driver’s side floor mat with dirty scuff marks on the lower vinyl door and running board trim. They need use use disposable paper floor protection and removable plastic covers on the seats. Almost all other Dealers do.
The entire group of people I worked with at Seaview made the transaction easy. I would like to personally thank Cale, Gabriel, Joe, and Bill for making this a smooth purchase process.
