My concerns are not about them personally, but about the condition of the vehicle and the dealership’s handling of issues after the sale. Immediately after signing the contract and driving the vehicle home, I experienced a steering clunk as I pulled into my garage. I parked the vehicle and returned it to the dealership the next day. The dealership was reluctant to assist, and it took several days before they addressed the issue. After they stated the steering problem was resolved, I picked up the vehicle and within under 50 miles of driving, the check engine light came on. This indicates additional mechanical problems that were not disclosed at the time of sale. The steering defect was not disclosed, and I later discovered a GAP charge on my contract that I did not authorize or agree to. This raises serious concerns about transparency, contract accuracy, and post‑sale support. Consumers should be aware of the following: • Inspect the vehicle thoroughly before purchase. • Test the steering and listen for any mechanical noises. • Review every line of the contract for unauthorized fees. • Be cautious, as issues were not disclosed and were difficult to resolve after the sale. Great experience in purchasing our truck with the sales person. DO NOT PURCHASE the rpm warranty coverage. That aspect is a complete scam and waste of money. The coverage details are contradicted in the exclusions and you end up with nothing but lost money.

I brought my car in for an oil change and the entire staff made sure I was well taken care of from beginning to end. Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I felt well informed on what was done and also what needs to be taken care of moving forward without feeling scammed or tricked into spending unnecessary money. Connor did a great job getting us taken care of. Easy and pleasant experience. I wouldnt give these guys a 6 or a 7, I'd give him a 10!
